well, after being 2 years in beautiful hometown, Kota Kinabalu was indeed a great city to live in ! Every moment i enjoy and treasured, with family - the joy, the pain - greatly cherish every moment i had.
apparently, I am totally enjoy my life now - my work especially, finally i've become someone who i really want to be - an engineer, in my own field. Alhamdulillah. All the patient and effort now well paid-off.
I have to sort everyth out on my own, luckily i have Maisarah to help me with accomodation arrangement. Now am living in Penang, not in island, but in mainland. I lived with another 2 housemates, who am rarely seen due to my busy schedule at work, and one of them are staff nurse - working shift at KPJ nearby and i only meet her once in awhile. another housemate is the owner's sister in law, a mechanical engineering student in politeknik nearby, but she will leaving soon end of this november. so,I guess later there were only both of us in this house. But that doesnt really matter, since i've spend most of my time in my room. haha :)
my workplace? i enjoy the environment, the peoples are friendly, helpful and open-minded. i have a lotsa things i wanna learn. oh ! i am attached to Test Department SSD (Solid-State Drive), where I am the only lady in the groups. I am spending my whole working days in Debug station in production line, where I learned things like rework and debug process from Silen & Abang Boy. This 2 ppls really helped me alot, to understand the situation and explained things in patient whenever i asked question.
I have met the technician, Barathan , and another new fresh engineer who came 2 months early than me, Ramindhran. Both of them always go back late due to workload. Me too, sometimes. depends on the work priority. :)
I am reporting to Clement for my task, and currently am having collaboration with Bruce Kauffman, the design engineer from US in order to troubleshoot my Optimus drive.
Apart from Clement, there's Andrew , who helped me at the early stage in doing FLFA (First Level Fault Analysis). He taught me a lot, and I can say, he's a good engineer tho. And my hiring manager who did the interview with me last time I came, Nitia, he is indeed a good leader and engineer. I am rarely see him in the production, but he is indeed busy with other things - since he's the boss , he'l busy with presentation and all. :)
Nitia's boss, which is my Boss' Boss, is Venga. I've met him during my 2nd interview, and i cant tell if he likes me (in terms of member team), but he invites me to a dinner last thursday with Jack Pacheco, and Ramin are not. So, i can say, he is giving me a chance. :)
Another boss, which is Venga's boss, or my Boss' Boss' Boss, Babu, who i rarely meet, was always busy wif conference and other work. But, I've met him b4 during the interview, and he seems like a nice and professional guys.
I am indeed learned a lot from all of them, how to work professionally and technically. One thing i know is , you have to be good to people who working under you and appreciate them more so that they will do your work light-hearted. Bossing them around is not good for your health indeed. :) however, I do have a lotsa things to learn and will do my best to delivered my work. Eventho working together with US team really needs a careful reporting.
Most of the time, I'll go back home the max at 12am, and have to be at the office b4 8am (but when im tired the day bfore, i'll just arrive b4 8.30am). It is indeed tiring, but I enjoy my life, and my work. In a week, we will have this conference call at 8.30pm and 9pm every wed & thursday. I can tell , this conference call is much tiring and sleepy compare to being in production line. haha !
this is what i like about being Single. No commitment, no one can control u, no one will say anythg to u. I just love the way i lived rite now. Marriage is not something that everyone can do. At least, not me in the time being. :)
Friends? I have Maisarah around, eventho i am rarely seen her, but i still can talk to her. I dont make lotsa friends yet, since I am not ready to have one. Back at office, I did make a lotsa friends, they are good, but I am not ready yet. Let's the workplace-buddy, remain as the workplace-buddy. It just too suffocated when someone at ur workplace knows a lot bout u. :)
My transportation - currently im renting kancil for a month, rm750. huh ~ i tried to get myself a new car, but i cant. I am still waiting for a good news, but if the loan didnt approve, i need to get myself 2nd hand car. i'd rather pay 300++ per month for transport rather to pay for rm750 per month. I need to get the transport ASAP.
Well, i guess that's all for my updates. I dont know when will be my next entry , since having this mood to write down also takes some times.
Anyway, I've received text from Hairuz , Helmy & Yani's dad , telling me about their result for June 2011, text from Azuan, Razak, DK & Melvin too ! Thanks kids for the text. ;) I am grateful you guys still remember me. :)
